You will receive an email confirming your order, as well as an additional email with tracking information when the package is shipped. If you are unsure if your order is confirmed, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Email us at orders@twistedwillowsoap.com within 12 hours of ordering, and we will absolutely update your shipping address! We want to be sure your order goes where it is supposed to!
Contact us at orders@twistedwillowsoap.com with your order number and images of the damaged product(s). We will replace items damaged in transit!
We do ship internationally on orders that are $40 USD or more. These orders can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to arrive, so don't be alarmed if it takes a while!
On average, orders arrive between 3-7 business days. If there are any delays in your order, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.
Our packaging supplier makes sure the rollers fit tightly to prevent leaks; however, this can sometimes lead to oil not coming out. If this occurs, place a paper towel over a hard surface and roll vigorously until oil comes out. If this still doesn't work, please contact us!
